“A lot of wisdom that dropped in like stars and in the end it made a constellation – layers of understanding built up slowly but foundational – I feel inspired to move, I feel safer as a mindful movement provider/facilitator. Would I do it again? Recommend it? Yes, I would.”

‘Wonderful experiential teaching and learning’

‘Sue’s teaching embodies the practice, and models, through skilful language and a step-by-step approach, a process of truly becoming aware of the magic of the body.’

“Excellent and profound, and a weekend of enabling exploration of deeper work on the body through mindfulness”

“Understanding and experiencing how movement helps us connect with our mind and body has been illuminating”

“It did feel like an offering as opposed to a prescribed programme of teaching. Safe environment. We were very well looked after.”

Training to become a teacher or therapist in any discipline is a long and demanding process. Years of study and practice are required in order to deliver confidently our chosen subject. And this is never ending, I know I continue to study and practice years after my movement teaching began in around 1976.

This in depth teacher training course will be held over one year, initially with ten long morning session once a fortnight. Then another ten sessions after a month’s break.

More details and the an outline of the curriculum coming soon.

‘Fantastic teacher. It has offered me far more than what I had set out to achieve, which was to help my clients to be in touch with their bodies. I have learned about the philosophies behind the movements and the philosophy for life.’

‘Bringing light, joy, aliveness into my facilitation of mindfulness, transitioning my own knowledge and experience of movement into teaching others and to find a language to share this.’
