T’ai-Chi Ch’uan (Ultimate Supreme Form of Boxing)

T’ai-Chi Ch'uan is ideal for people of all ages and degrees of fitness. These classes offer relaxation techniques, body strengthening and gentle stretching, all achieved through practicing the slow yet powerful movements and breathing exercises. The Ultimate, Supreme form of Boxing: Exercise, Meditation and Martial Art. The regular practice of this slow, flowing technique calms the mind, strengthens the back and legs, improves balance, circulation and bone density. T’ai-Chi is ideal for people of all ages and degrees of fitness.
