Qigong (pronounced Chi-Kung) is also known as Chinese Yoga. The gentle movements help to increase flexibility, strength and relaxation. The breathing techniques of Chinese Medical Qigong improve balance and calm the mind, all helping to improve and maintain good
health. Qigong is suitable for all ages and abilities and is exceptionally useful for those whose health is in imbalance.
At St Michaels Centre, Pen y Pound, Abergavenny, NP7 5UD
Tuesday mornings, 10 am – 11 am
£6 per class, £34 for course of six sessions.
